Very friendly place. It seems like the manager Aine is an exceptionally customer focused person and she built a team around her that looks after guests like the restaurant would be their own. It’s rare to see a brench of a chain is operated with this much care. The restaurant is also tidy and clean. Delightful small spot in the crowd of Soho.
I visited this store today. I was so much impressed by the service of here. Subeg guided me very well with each and every detail of food. His way of handling customer impressed me a lot. Food was well warmed and tasty too.
I had a buritto bowl from here, it was tasty, filling and the portion was OK. I appreciate the fast and friendly service, but I'm deducting points because I was NEVER asked about allergies when toppings were added to my bowl. The place was warm and cozy, nice atmosphere. My friend ordered a buritto she couldn't finish because it was "very bland", I suspect she was in the wrong because she didn't pay much attention to the toppings/ fillings she chose, and she compared it to "Mexican food from Greg's. Update: I got 2 more bowls for take away, delicious and tasty, and I got 4 meals out of them. The staff member was friendly and warn, I'm changing my rate to 5 stars
